Cuz if I am thinking correctly, that should be Naru Narusegawa and Keitaro Urashima from Love Hina and that is from Love Hina Again: The Movie aka the 3 episode OVA series, but that isn't really Keitaro, but it is Mutsumi Otohime (i think that was her last name) pretending to be Keitaro cuz she was helping Kanako. ^__^; I'm a love hina fan, lol.
